PTO Policy Update

Effective Jan. 1, 2023, non-incentive-eligible employees who have paid time off (PTO) hours banked in excess of one times their annual accrual will be cashed out down to an amount equal to the new maximum annual carry-over amount of one times their annual PTO accrual. The cash out rate is 50% and will be paid shortly after Jan. 1, 2023. For incentive-eligible employees, the entire PTO bank will be cashed out at 50% and paid shortly after Jan. 1, 2023
